Max Luciano, at the age of 24 established a small café called the spot chocolate bar 2012 with big dreams and vision, 2014 established woodfire & Co, 2017 Established Shisha Spot and in 2019, Established Odyssey live, Ground floor Café and Restaurant and The Spot Bar & Grill
Throughout the years not all these venues were successful as some closed down, others got sold but dedication to create an unforgettable experience was never lost.
The Spot Bar & Grill is a representation and a result of all the years of growth and evolution which is in a league of its own, Max’s dream was to provide world class service and products in a multimillion dollar fit out as the perfect back drop for any occasion. A buzzing night life with Sydney’s best entertainment to create a truly unforgettable experience for his guests.
Max’s dream to lead in the F&B industry in his home town Liverpool with his newest upcoming project set to take off in 2022 developing a multi venue F&B offering to the growing community of Liverpool
1- Why did you choose to start this business?
to bring people together & to fill in the gap that south west Sydney was missing
2- What was the most difficult thing you had to do while starting up your business?
Bring my vision to life and trying to communicate the ideas in my head onto pen and paper
3- What is the most rewarding part of owning/managing this business?
Changing peoples lives, giving young kids the opportunity to develop new skills and provide an experience to the community they can proud of
4- If you were to start over, what would you change?
I would slow down the race and consult with mentors more
5- What inspires you to keep moving?
My dreams that I could make this world a better place
6- How do you manage between your business and personal life?
wake up as early as possible and be very good at managing time.

consult with marketing team and stay as relevant as possible
